Aharbal

This is a fabulous trail that begins from Aharbal and takes one deep within the meadows and forests of Jammu and Kashmir, right to the laps of the Himalayas and to the mystical Mahinag Lake. Spectacular verdant green environments accompany one in the initial stages of this trail that changes over to the snowy and rocky terrains of the upper Himalayas. Apart from that this location is highly biodiverse with many different species of animals, birds, and plants to explore and observe. This region is nothing less than spectacular, and it cannot be emphasized enough. Trailhead, which lies by Aharbal, can be reached via various different modes of transports such as buses, taxis, cabs, or private vehicles.
